Why I Had To Improve My Action RPG Combat [Devlog]
In the initial stages, the combat system in my Action RPG served well as a proof of concept. However, as I delve deeper into developing a fully-fledged Action-RPG inspired by HeartsLike games, it's become clear that enhancing the game's depth is imperative. This devlog explores the journey of evolving the combat system to be more intricate and engaging, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the expectations for a game of this genre.

No parece de ps5 ni de una consola potente, solo parece un juego indie con shaders puestos a lo loco
Jumping animation is bad, it feels like jumping in water or on moon. The run effect is distracting and can't focus on whats in front of me. Lightning is not natural and the textures are so glossy, this type of textures always used to show reflection and always makes the game bad and cheap.
is there any chance you could share the lock-on system as well? i'm making an ARPG in unreal as well, and while i have a rough system already, the one in the video looks way better and more polished

So much has changed since I last saw this game! I'm blown away by your first area here. It looks GORGEOUS. Love the concept that it's night all the time. Makes me imagine the moment that daylight returns will be truly magical(whether by finishing a world/area or finishing the game?). I also love the character's flowy scarf. It's eye-catching and fun. It would definitely make me want to make the character to move around constantly just to flick the scarf. Great detail! Good luck with your game! Always excited to see more~
